Franken previews what he will ask Kagan during confirmation hearing today

Both of Minnesota's U.S. Senators will get their chance to question Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan on Wednesday. Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee began questioning Kagan yesterday, proceeding in order of seniority. Democrat Al Franken is the committee's most junior senator and he joined Cathy Wurzer by phone from Washington.
