Check out MPR's Midmorning program on a new report showing that minority students are not graduating college at the same rate as their classmates.

One of the guests is President William Flores of the University of Houston-Downtown, one of the institutions backing the DREAM Act, which I've discussed in an earlier post. It's federal legislation that would offer legal status to more than a million undocumented students if they met conditions for study or military service.
