The man who was shot and killed Wednesday night in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis has been identified.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner said Carl Antoine Miller, 47, died of a gunshot wound to the head.
Police found Miller on a boulevard in the 2900-block of Fifth Avenue South.
Police are investigating the death as a homicide. No one has been arrested in the incident.
