A recount in a north-central Minnesota school district did not change the outcome of a recent school referendum.
The Menahga School District had asked voters on August 10th to raise property taxes to fund more than $4 million in construction.
The measure failed by just three votes out of nearly 1,400 cast.
Monday's recount produced the same result.
It's the third time in the past year voters in Menahga have rejected a school referendum.
