Former state Auditor Pat Anderson's campaign complaint against current state Auditor Rebecca Otto has been dismissed.
Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger ruled Thursday on Anderson's complaint alleging that Otto falsely claimed to be "three times as productive" as Anderson was.
Heydinger found such a statement is subjective and not covered under a state law prohibiting false campaigning.
Anderson is running for her old job back after Otto unseated her four years ago. Otto is a Democrat and Anderson is a Republican.
