So much for Four Loko, the caffeine-and-alcohol bomb that has been on the radar of authorities.

Now the latest rage is alcoholic whipped cream called "Whipped Lightning," according to WGN-TV in Chicago:

...College campus leaders are concerned that the new whipped cream product poses a serious threat to college students because many students use the whipped cream on drinks already induced with alcohol such as Jell-O shots.

According to the FDA, Whip Lightning contains 18 percent alcohol which is three times as much found in most beer cans.

The combination of the high alcohol content whipped cream with other alcoholic drinks can cause students to become highly intoxicated.
