Possibly every cop's (and reporter's) mini-nightmare, as reported by WSTP-TV:
University of Florida freshman Zachary Garcia recently Googled his name and found a picture of his driver's license and information linking him to a murder he didn't commit.
Looks like the local sheriff's office put out the wrong information.
Garcia and the man actually charged with the crime have almost the same birthday. They look similar. And they have practically the same name. (The suspect spells his Zachery with an "e.")
It's all good, the student now says -- but an apology would be nice.
