Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., is making her presence felt in two capitols Monday.
Bachmann, who is considering a run for president, was expected at a state Capitol news conference to talk about the new federal health care law and her desire to repeal it.
Later Monday, she was to convene the first Conservative Constitutional Seminar for members of Congress in Washington. Bachmann has recruited Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia to give remarks.
Bachmann is fresh off her first trip to Iowa since hinting that she could enter the 2012 White House race. The tea party favorite hasn't offered a timetable for deciding whether she'll run.
