Eddy Hall on the U of M's Twin Cities campus is getting ready for a makeover.
The work would not only preserve the exterior of the historic building, but remake the interior for modern use.
According to a story from Finance and Commerce, the U of M is currently seeking proposals for the $11.25 million dollar project.
Eddy's redo comes as the U is prepares to tear down several buildings on campus, some of them historic.
