Pledges of bipartisan cooperation for the 2012 session could get thrown out the window today when the Minnesota Senate takes up the confirmations of four members of DFL Gov. Mark Dayton's cabinet. Republicans appear ready to reject Ellen Anderson as chair of the Public Utilities Commission. And a contentious proposal to require voters to show photo identification at the polls will get attention this week.
