It looks like Gov. Mark Dayton has a new staff member. Former Public Utilities Commission chair Ellen Anderson says she's going to accept a job with his administration focused on energy issues. Her move comes just a day after Senate Republicans at the State Capitol rejected her confirmation as PUC chair.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Anderson, who's also a former DFL state senator, after the vote.
