Rick Santorum is riding high this morning in the Republican presidential race due in part to his victory in the Minnesota caucuses. Santorum also won contests in Colorado and Missouri yesterday. Turnout in the Minnesota caucuses was lower than four years ago.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Carlton College political science professor Steven Schier, who analyzed the results.
