On Feb. 23, Robert Kagan joined The Daily Circuit to talk about his book "The World America Made" and the myth of American decline. On Friday, Edward Luce will join us to respond to Kagan's essay.
Luce addresses the reality of American decline in his recent article and urges readers to look at the economic facts more closely.
"Mr. Kagan denies America is in relative decline - and mistakenly insists there is no economic evidence for it," Luce wrote in Financial Times. "Mr. Obama might want to scan it more closely. Start with its economic facts."
