Bills that would increase Minnesota's minimum wage have been introduced in both houses of the state Legislature, and hearings will be held Monday to examine the impact of an increase. Rep. Ryan Winkler, DFL-Golden Valley, and Rep. Pat Garofalo, R-Farmington, will join The Daily Circuit to discuss the hearings.
