Kerri recommends "The Presidents Club."
Here's what the audience recommended:

Ted thinks you should read "The Wilderness Warrior: Theodore Roosevelt and the Crusade for America."
From Deb M:
Just finished reading "Mornings on Horseback" by David McCullough, about Theodore Roosevelt's early life. It really focuses how his family (esp. his father) influenced his beliefs and how early loss affected how he viewed life.
Margaret sent Kerri a list:
"The Hemingses of Monticello: An American Family," by Annette Gordon-Reed.
"John Adams: A Life," by John Ferling.
"First in His Class: A Biography of Bill Clinton," by David Maraniss.
"Case Closed: Lee Harvey Oswald and the Assassination of JFK," by Gerald Posner.
Dan recommends two books by Candice Millard, "Destiny of the Republic" and "The River of Doubt." The first is about the Garfield assassination and the other is another Teddy Roosevelt biography, covering an expedition he took to South America.
From Joe W:
"Mutual Contempt: Lyndon Johnson, Robert Kennedy, and the Feud that Defined a Decade," by Jeff Shesol. Wow.
Cynthia liked Sarah Vowell's "Assassination Vacation."
I liked "American Lion," by Jon Meacham. It's about Andrew Jackson.
