U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann is no longer among the congressional candidates scrambling to raise money for the 2014 elections.
She announced on her website yesterday that she won't run fore re-election. But as one of the most successful fundraisers in Congress, Bachmann already has more than $1.8 million in her campaign war chest.
MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with Hamline University School of Business Professor David Schultz. He's also an expert in campaign finance and election law.
