Metro Transit is holding a poster contest for one winner to have artwork featured for the Green Line light rail opening day event.
The art, which is meant to show off excitement about the Green Line, will be distributed on posters during the opening day event June 14, the contest page states.
Entries are due by April 11.
Finalists will be selected by green line community members and the public will be able to vote online between mid-April and May 9, according to the contest page.
The grand prize also includes one year of free rides on Metro Transit, and $500 in cash.
Runners-up win a Go-To Card valid for three months on bus and train rides.
