It's starting to feel like August again.
Dewpoints Thursday morning were in the comfortable lower 50s. They crept up into the lower 60s on Friday, and could reach the upper 60s over parts of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Saturday. Dewpoints should drop off a bit as we go through Sunday.
We could see a few scattered showers and thunderstorms Saturday, and an isolated thundershower is possible over southwest Minnesota on Sunday:
If you're hoping for a soaking rain, hang in there. Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday and Monday night.
Our Minnesota State Fair starts this coming Thursday, Aug. 21. Last year was the third-warmest State Fair in history, with an average high temperature of 88.2 degrees.
