(AP) The Minnesota Vikings opened up the season with a 34-6 win over the Rams in St. Louis. Matt Cassell led the way for the Vikings going 17 for 25 with two touchdowns. Wide receiver Cordarelle Patterson ran for 102 yards on three carries with a 67-yard scoring run.
