September is a month of changes in Minnesota. Gone are the long stretches of warmth and sure summer temps. Occasional bouts of cool air and frost let us know the seasons are in flux.
But summer air masses still venture north occasionally this time of year. Summer makes a comeback with more humidity and scattered thundershowers Friday.
A slow moving warm front-cool front combo will bring wind, humidity, warmth and showers. The cool front should clear things out by Sunday.

Enjoy!
