Minnesota football fans are in a good mood this morning.

The Minnesota Vikings beat Atlanta 41-28 on Sunday. And, the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers claimed the Little Brown Jug after a win over Michigan in the Gophers' Big Ten opener on Saturday.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Howard Sinker, digital sports editor for the Star Tribune, about both games.
