What Supreme Court move means for same-sex marriage in Wisconsin

The U.S. Supreme Court turned away appeals from five states Monday seeking to ban same-sex marriage.

In effect, the nation's top court declined to decide the issue.

Today's action is big news in Wisconsin, where same-sex couples will now be allowed to marry.
