Olmsted County prosecutors have charged seven Rochester men with possession and distribution of thousands of child pornography images.
Mark McGinley, 58, of Rochester, also produced child pornography with a victim he knew, Rochester Police Lieutenant Mike Sadauskis said. The other five Rochester men charged are Lukky Chang, 20; Dennis Jay Ouk, 20; Mark Steven Pine, 52; Evan Phillip Erickson, 29; and Christopher Blake Dezutter, 47.

Police announced those charges on Feb. 6. On Feb. 10, they charged a seventh Rochester man, 36-year-old Damian Oelker.
The charges stem from a 10-month investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Rochester Police Department, the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the FBI.
Sadauskis said investigators found images on the men's work and personal computers, smart phones and tablets. He said the cases were not related but investigators say they had a number of referrals over a short period of time which led to the arrests.
"Across all the devices, all the suspects, we're probably talking about hundreds of thousands of images," he said. "And possibly thousands of videos."
Police on Friday morning arrested a seventh man who will be arraigned early next week. Another 15 cases remain open and under investigation, Sadauskis said.
"I think (for) all the investigators involved this week, although they have been doing this for a number of years, it was somewhat shocking," he said.
