Today's Morning Edition music is from singer and songwriter Dar Williams with "FM Radio," a tune from her forthcoming album "Emerald."

She will be the keynote speaker Friday morning at the Minnesota Music Summit in downtown St. Paul.

The summit is a three-day festival for artists, fans and music industry professionals. It includes workshops, panel discussions and performances.

During her address at the History Theatre, Williams will talk about weaving charitable work into her music and touring. She will also make a guest appearance during a concert Friday night at the Amsterdam Bar.
