Richard Lett, a former officer with Scotland Yard, is speaking at an event for the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Monday night in St. Cloud about running security for large events.
Lett provided security for the royal family in London for many years before moving to Minnesota. He worked on security for the London Olympics and Royal Wedding, and will be sharing his knowledge as it applies to the many large events coming to Minnesota including the Superbowl, Ryder Cup, and Final Four tournament.
Lett joins MPR News' Tom Weber to preview the discussion.
