Today's Morning Edition music is from the Twin Cities-based band Patty and the Buttons with "Sag Nur Ein Wort."
The group will be performing Friday night in the parking lot outside the Black Forest Inn in Minneapolis.
The show is part of a weekend-long celebration of that establishment's 50th anniversary.
Erich Christ opened the German restaurant and bar in 1965 and he is still running it with his wife.
In addition to lots of music, six Werner Herzog films will be screened, and there will be ghost tours of the building as well as a powdered doughnut eating contest.
All the details are on the Black Forest Inn's website.
