Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance" was the No. 1 country song 15 years ago, and won a Grammy for Best Country Song.
Womack says she was shocked at how kids responded to it, especially teenagers who showed up to her concerts in bigger and bigger numbers.
She says the song can have special meaning for different people at different times in their lives: a parent's hopes for a child; a student about to graduate; or anyone who's embarking on a new path in life.
