Minneapolis-based indie darlings Hippo Campus released a new song this week.
Songwriter Nathan Stocker said "South" is about "growing up, and recognizing where you come from, and the environment that you've grown up in, and accepting that that was then, and this now. It's about personal growth."
The band's profile continues to grow. Over the weekend, they played a set at Lollapalooza in Chicago.
