Largely on the strength of overwhelming evidence from my former colleague Nikki Tundel, I've come to believe that as great as the Minnesota State Fair is, the Iowa State Fair is better.
In some future year, perhaps I'll be able to judge this first-hand. In the meantime, I rely on the anecdotes on social media.
We can certainly quibble, but it would help your case, Minnesota State Fair, if you have a carny who gives important life advice to little kids too.
