Lockdown ends at Normandale Community College

Normandale Community College in Bloomington has given the all-clear after going into lockdown for about 45 minutes while police searched for a fleeing suspect near the school.

KSTP reported that Bloomington police were searching for a suspect who fled an Edina traffic stop and began running on foot near the college.

That led Normandale to lock down the school, telling people on campus to stay put and warning those coming to campus to stay away.
