It's shaping up to be a bit of a mess in the west metro this weekend with two major road closures. And surprise, surprise: Minnesota Hwy. 100 is one of them.
Both directions of state Hwy. 100 between Interstate 394 and Minnesota Hwy. 62 will close from 9 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said.
Motorists will be detoured to Hwy. 62, U.S. Hwy. 169 and I-394.
Meanwhile, southbound I-494 between interstates 694/94 in Maple Grove and I-394 in Minnetonka will close from 10 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday.
