Good morning and welcome to Wednesday. Here are some items in the news to help you get over the hump.

1.  A review of the University of Minnesota's athletics department finds the university generally reacted appropriately to allegations of sexual harassment, but there were problems with how some money was spent. (MPR News)

2. A 16-year-old student is charged with a felony after allegedly assaulting and injuring a teacher who tried to break up a fight at St. Paul's Central High School. (Pioneer Press)

3. Some Republicans took Donald Trump to task for his proposal to bar Muslims from entering the country. (CNN)

4. Other Republicans weren't so quick to criticize Trump. (Politico)

5. As the climate conference in Paris continues, Republican Ted Cruz in an interview today called climate change a product of liberal politicians in Washington seeking power over everyone's life. (NPR)
