External investigators are recommending several policy changes for the University of Minnesota athletics department to prevent future sexual harassment.
Those recommendations were released Tuesday as part of a review of the department following the resignation of athletics director Norwood Teague.
Teague left in August amid reports that he sexually harassed two female colleagues. More women later came forward with their own stories of harassment.
"There are a variety of recommendations for improvement. We intend to look at those carefully, implement them, and make sure that our department is completely free of any sexual harassment," University of Minnesota President Eric Kaler told MPR News Wednesday.
