Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about how warm most of Minnesota has been since September 1, 2015. Since then, 80 percent of the days have had temperatures above normal.
High dew points and unusual rain in December has followed suit.
Seeley's forecast for the next few days includes more rain.
