Two of Minnesota's U.S. Representatives are speaking out about American values and the ways to prevent young Muslims from becoming radicals. Republican Congressman Tom Emmer and Democrat Keith Ellison both say America is at war with terrorism and criminals, but not at war with any religion. MPR host Tom Crann moderated the event at the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce in Fridley on December 14th.
