Today's Morning Edition music is from "Run Rudolph Run" by Keith Richards, which we are playing in honor of the Rolling Stones guitarist's 72nd birthday.

Each birthday for the hard-living rocker is an annual holiday miracle.

The past year was a good year for Richards. He made a lot of money with the big summer tour that included a stop in Minneapolis. And his solo album "Crosseyed Heart" made Rolling Stone magazine's Top 50 for 2015, including a tune called "Blues in the Morning."
