MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about a warmer than average February, despite some pretty low temperatures earlier in the month.

It was also less sunny than average. Seeley also has a forecast that includes mid-to-upper 50s this weekend.
