Sebastian Arcos, associate director of the Cuban Research Institute at Florida International University in Miami and Dr. Lillian Guerra, professor of Cuban and Caribbean History at the University of Florida, talked with MPR News host Kerri Miller about the future of U.S.-Cuba relations, following President Obama's historic visit to the island this month.
