In an op-ed on Huffington Post, lawyer and writer Osaama Saifi pushes back against people who argue the Quran is a book that encourages terrorism.

He told MPR News host Kerri Miller that a look at the history of the holy book helps explain passages that appear to advocate violence and that many passages are tempered with messages of reconciliation.
