Our low temperature Saturday morning was 57 degrees at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Our average high temperature this time of year is 58 degrees. When we start out that warm, you know that the high temperature will be impressive!
Here are the forecast Saturday highs:
70s will be widespread across Minnesota and Wisconsin, and we could hit 80 in the Twin Cities and a few other spots in southern Minnesota. I'd call that flip-flop and t-shirt weather!
Far northwestern Minnesota will see some showers, with highs in the 50s.

Replay on Sunday
Highs will also be very warm on Sunday:
Far northwestern Minnesota will remain in the cool 50s.
Looking for rain
The stationary front over northwestern Minnesota will sag a bit south Sunday night and Monday, spreading the chance of showers into central Minnesota:
We could see a passing shower in the Twin Cities on Monday, but we'll have a better chance of occasional showers Tuesday through Thursday:
Highs in the 60s are expected from Tuesday through Thursday, but that is still a bit above normal.
Sunny facts
The sun sets at 8 pm CDT today in the Twin Cities. Sunsets are even later as we go through the next several weeks, hitting 9 pm CDT on June 11. Our latest sunsets of the year will be at 9:04 pm CDT from June 23 through June 28.
It is not your imagination, the sun sets later in northern Minnesota than the Twin Cities this time of year. During the third week of June, the sun sets at 9:13 pm CDT in Brainerd, and 9:26 pm CDT in Moorhead.
