Peter Wehner is a lifelong Republican who worked in the last three Republican administrations. Wehner says the Republican party has been out of touch with the concerns of middle class Americans, and he hopes a new GOP can arise from the ashes of defeat, if that's what happens in November.

Peter Wehner is with the Ethics and Public Policy Center. He spoke April 12, 2016 at the University of Minnesota Humphrey School. The q/a moderator was Prof. Larry Jacobs.
