Tornadoes touched down in Litchfield, Watkins and near St. Cloud according to NWS reports.
Damage is reported in Litchfield.

Potentialy catastrophic lash flood event in central Minnesota
A stalled warm front through central Minnesota produced torrential "training" echoes on Doppler, and rainfall totals between 4" and 8" as of post time (and still raining) across a big chunk of central Minnesota. I can't ever recall seeing a tweet this dire from a local NWS office.
