Wesley Lowery, a reporter for the Washington Post, takes issue with former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani's remarks that Black Lives Matter is "inherently racist."

In the article "Aren't more white people than black people killed by police? Yes, but no", Lowery points out raw numbers in the Washington Post data research which shows African-Americans are killed at rates disproportionate to their percentage of the U.S. population.
