The Minnesota Gophers football team starts training camp for the upcoming season Friday.
It marks the first for head coach Tracy Claeys, who took over in the middle of last season when Jerry Kill decided he could no longer do the job for health reasons. Claeys had been Kill's long-time defensive coordinator.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Howard Sinker, a digital sports editor for the Star Tribune, about what to expect from Gophers football this season.
