Updraft® - Minnesota Weather News

A beautiful Sunday

Scattered showers and an isolated thunderstorm are possible this Saturday evening, then skies will clear out overnight.

Light winds will allow some areas of fog to form late Saturday night into very early Sunday morning.

You're going to like Sunday!

It'll be a mostly sunny Sunday, with light winds.

Dew points will be reasonable, nothing like the tropical 70 degree dew points that we saw much of this past week!

Our Sunday highs will be very typical for mid August:

A few spots in the metro could pop up to about 83 degrees.

Rain chance returns

The high pressure system that brings us our gorgeous Sunday weather will shift eastward on Monday:

The final couple of frames in the loop show the chance of showers and thunderstorms returning to western Minnesota Monday afternoon and into eastern Minnesota Monday evening. Occasional showers and thunderstorms are possible Monday night and Tuesday over much of Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
