Additional periods of rain, and occasional thunderstorms, can be expected overnight over much of central and southern Minnesota.

The front that is moving through Minnesota this evening will stall out to our southeast on Friday:

That will keep occasional showers in the forecast over eastern Minnesota on Friday night and Saturday.

Highs Friday will be in the 70s:

On Saturday, northern Minnesota may see highs in the 60s, with lower 70s over the south.

Highs in the 70s are expected statewide on Sunday.
