Chants of "USA" rang through Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska Sunday after the U.S. team defeated Europe for the Ryder Cup.

The three-day match ended Sunday in a rout as the U.S. prevailed 17-11.

It was the first Ryder Cup win for America since 2008.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio's Paul Huttner, who was there.
