Well, Minnesota. This is it. Your last chance to see fall colors.
About 99 percent of the state is now past peak, except for a small sliver of the bottom eastern of Minnesota, according to the Department of Natural Resources' interactive map.
It was beautiful while it lasted. Here are this week's picks for the best, last fall colors of the year:

Beaver Creek Valley State Park
Take a walk along Switchback Trail to the top of the ridge for the best leaf-peeping. Some oaks are still holding onto some of their leaves.
Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park
It's the last weekend to schedule a scenic tour at Mystery Cave. Before or after the tour, take a hike on one of the trails to see the stubborn leaves that refuse to drop.
Split Rock Creek State Park
From the picnic grounds, take the trail leading to the dam. There, you'll also be able to learn a bit about the dam's history.
