Today's Morning Edition music is from "Finnisma Di" by the Portland-based 15-piece band Pink Martini. It's from their new album "Je Dis Oui," which comes out Friday.
You may recognize the voice on this tune. It's Ari Shapiro, who hosts All Things Considered on NPR. He is one of a number of guest vocalists who sing on this record, and he is singing in Arabic, one of eight languages that you will hear on the album. The others are English, French, Farsi, Portuguese, Turkish, Armenian and Xhosa.
