This is a very busy time of year for John Burkel, a turkey farmer in Roseau, Minn.
This year, he's harvesting about 100,000 turkeys, compared with just 26,000 from last year, when he lost four of his flocks in part due to an avian flu outbreak.
He spoke with MPR's Cathy Wurzer about what's changed this year.
